Squirrel-Proof/Rodent-Proof/Deter Large Birds

Protect your bird seed bounty from squirrels with our Eliminator bird feeder. When a squirrel, rodent or large bird touches the perch ring, its weight closes the seed ports, foiling its seed-stealing plot. The Eliminator's unique technology allows you to set the sensitivity level, so you can also exclude large birds such as pigeons or crows. It's easy to hang, holds three and a half quarts of seed plus, it is backed with a limited lifetime guarantee. This feeder also features a special seed ventilation system that helps keep seed fresher. The Eliminator can be disassembled and assembled with no tools and all of its parts are top-shelf dishwasher safe.

Ground/Hanging/Pole Tray Feeders

Tray feeders are very versatile used on the ground are good for feeding larger birds and other critters. They excel at larger seeds such as peanuts and striped sunflower. They are also customizable, with optional leg kits, Onguard cages that help just feed the birds and keep the critters away. Hanging tray feeders are used in the same way but you can suspend them from your APS, tree or another mounting system. With a plastic insert, it can become a mealworm feeder. They are made out of either our EcoTough material, which have a lifetime guarantee, or inland red cedar.

Finch Feeders

Feeding goldfinches requires a special seed, Nyjer® and therefore requires a special feeder. The seed is smaller and lighter than the rest so it needs a fine mesh or sock to contain it. The birds also prefer to cling to the feeder instead of perching.

Hummingbird and Oriole Feeders

Here at the Wild Birds Unlimited, San Diego, we are very picky about our Hummingbird feeders. We know what works and what does not.  We can also inform about the correct way to make the Hummingbird nectar. We are glad to share this information with anyone or answer any questions.

Hummingbird Feeders

Get the attention of one of nature's most mesmerizing creatures with our Hummingbird Feeders. This specially designed feeder has a red cover that is highly attractive to hummingbirds, a built-in moat that keeps ants away from the nectar, and feeding ports that prevent rainwater from diluting the nectar solution and keeps bees from getting to the nectar. It's easy to hang or pole-mount and easy to clean (it's top-shelf dishwasher safe). This feeder is backed with a lifetime guarantee and comes in 8, 12 and 16-ounce capacities.

Hummingbird Window Feeders

With our Decorative Window Hummingbird Feeder, only a window pane stands between you and "the jewels of nature" — hummingbirds. This feeder is easily mounted to any window with two suction cups and its clear bottom allows you to see hummingbirds quickly lap up the nectar solution. The Decorative Window Hummingbird Feeder features three feeding stations and a moat that, when filled with water, will keep ants and other crawling insects out of the feeder. It's also easy to clean and comes with a lifetime warranty (even if it falls to the ground). 8-ounce capacity.

Oriole Feeders

Orioles eat many types of food. They crave citrus when they arrive in the spring, eating orange halves and grape jelly. I cannot begin to explain how ballistic they go for grape jelly. Then they quickly turn to eating nectar and then switch almost exclusively to insects after nesting. Our oriole feeder offers nectar with several feeding stations, includes jelly wells in the lid and a place for an orange half. It also has the same ant moat as the Hummingbird Feeders. It's easy to hang and dishwasher safe. It also comes with a lifetime guarantee.
